Have your Character Witness complete the bottom of Page 1 and have them sign with a physical signature.

Sign and date your documents

You must physically sign and date your Oath of Office, Florida Notary Bond, and Education certificate.

Mail your completed documents

Complete the Application Registration for Online Notary Public Form

Once your standard notary application is approved, you can complete the Application Registration for Online Notary Public Form. This document must be signed and notarized.

Unless otherwise noted, the Civil-Law Notary – FL Bar Number and Commission of Deeds Expiration sections are left blank.

Print and sign a copy of your Remote Online Notary 2-hour Course Certificate.

Print your E&O Insurance Policy

Print a copy of your Errors and Omissions Insurance Policy.

Include your payment

Make payable a check or money order for $10 payable to the Florida Department of State.
